We use the most effective and least invasive surgical techniques with the highest level of respect for the female body, avoiding extensive surgical removal whenever possible.
• Surgical hysteroscopy
• Laparoscopy
• Abdominal surgery
• Surgery of the ovary and adnexai
• Myomectomy and uterine surgery
• Pelvic floor surgery
• Hysterectomy
• Benign breast surgery
• Breast cancer surgery
• Gynaecological cancer surgery
• Vaginal agenesis surgery
• Intratubal birth control
• Tubal ligation
New gynaecological surgery techniques such as endoscopy and the vaginal approach are minimally invasive procedures with rapid recovery at home.
A current example is use of hysteroscopy for intratubal birth control, which offers an alternative to conventional tubal ligation.
In cancer surgery the new endoscopic techniques also eliminate the need to make an incision in the abdomen to remove gynaecological cancer. The complications associated with this type of surgery are reduced since there is limited adherence, infection, pain and bleeding.
Although surgery has been and continues to be the most widely used treatment for breast cancer, there are currently other treatments that can be combined with surgical procedures or may even make surgery possible. Previous chemotherapy treatment allows surgery to be performed on cases that were previously inoperable.
